Lori was born in Fort Pierce, Florida and has lived there all her life. She draws inspiration from the natural world that surrounds her, creating beautiful Plein Air oil paintings.tall pines

Her subjects are the native plants, animals, and landscapes of Florida and her paintings are in art collections worldwide. And she works every day! I have never had this wide and wonderful a selection of work to pick from in illustrating an issue. I’m a kid in a candy store. ginger blooms

Her paintings are rich in color and so textural as to be almost bas relief. The two effects combine to make some truly stunning work. We are incredibly grateful for her generosity in sharing her work, and hoping it brings new customers for her fine work. You can see these paintings and more at her website–including many beautiful original works for sale at extremely reasonable prices.
